Christmas Décor uses proprietary products and our install technicians are trained on a regular basis on how to be “property friendly’’.
2What do you charge after the Christmas lights and decorations have been installed to return and correct any problems like when a bulb quits working?
NO CHARGE. We will fix your problem within 48 hours. Weather permitting. However there will be a charge for repairs that are related to theft, vandalism, neglect, extraordinary weather and will be billed accordingly.
3What is the difference between your lights and greenery that I can buy at a retail store?
Christmas Décor’s products are manufactured to our specifications. Our lights and greenery are commercial grade and can stand the test of time. Our wreaths and garland are thicker and is made of a better quality than you can find anywhere.
4Where will you store our Christmas Decorations?
Your décor will be stored on site in a rodent and moisture resistant container.
5What are your hours of business?
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (7 days a week) October 1 thru January 31
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) February 1 thru September 31
6How many years have you been designing Christmas lights?
Christmas Décor has been decorating the Longview area since 1999.
7Is there a cost to store my lights the next year?
The Christmas Décor program is all inclusive. One price for everything.
8Will you install the lights we purchased from another Christmas lights hanging company?
No, we cannot warranty the quality and workmanship of lights we do not provide.

Contact us early as possible. The Christmas season is short and we tend to fill our schedules early.
